After seven years as a career coach, I’m happy to announce that I have created a self-awareness workbook to help shape my clients’ process as they make their career transitions.
This book is filled with assessments and exercises to help people access their inner selves and find out their true purpose in life.
Over the years, I have met with hundreds of clients who are confronting near-identical anxieties when faced with career transitions.
My clients are from all over the world – I have worked with people from Iran, Turkey, Serbia, Nigeria, Rwanda, Chile, Australia, the US, and many other countries.
Every single one of them confronts fear and uncertainty when facing the job market.
I began to notice that I consistently recommended a certain set of exercises and assessments to my clients in order to get to the heart of who they are and what they might contribute to the world.
I also realized, with insight from colleagues in the FYSO Accelerator, that I could roll these activities into an interactive and massively helpful workbook.
So with the help of a brilliant designer and editor, Tiffany Goetzinger, I created the Centered Career Self-Awareness workbook. The workbook focuses on exercises to expand not only a client’s self-awareness, but also to build courage, reframe failure, and tap into deep channels of intuition to which we all have access.
It’s my proven process for helping clients go from confusion to clarity around key issues in their lives.
It’s a great feeling to send someone a workbook that will help them to improve their lives. It’s also pretty powerful to see how a lifetime of research and practice has evolved into a practical manual that can help others to reach their full potential.
Feel free to message me to learn more – the workbook is also in the hands of current clients, so I’ll be incorporating their feedback and constantly improving it.
There are many new nuggets of information in the workbook, but any followers of Centered Career can be sure that daily journaling, daily exercise, and daily meditation are part of the recommended practices!
