Networking isn’t just about getting a new job – you and your network can help each other in myriad ways. Trading skilled labor with neighbors, friends, and colleagues is a great way to build connections and credibility in a field you enjoy and to receive gifts from others in return.

Your daily actions build up a world around you that shows in your results – even something as simple as 30 seconds a day of repeated action adds up to a lifetime of difference. What results are you creating for yourself?

We all know what’s best for ourselves, but many others weigh in on how we should live our lives. Find out how to separate your true signal from the noise and you’ll live a more satisfying life and contribute more to others.

In a world full of people who are concerned about appearances, add value by being yourself. Trust that your unique perspective and insight matter – and contribute your part to the world every day.

In a multiverse of the Eternal Now, all things are always happening everywhere at once. You never know how your actions, words, and thoughts will come back to you, but they will. Nothing goes away and everything leaves an impression, so use your energy for good in the world.

If you meditate, journal, and exercise every day, you’ll improve your life immensely. Self-awareness and fitness will increase your vitality and power, and you will be aware of what you want to accomplish and energized to do the work.
